If you ask typical home buyers what intrigued them when visiting an open house, you wouldn’t expect them to say “the roller-coaster.” Although this may sound like a joke, a real estate company in Ermelo, South Africa, came up with the idea to showcase the home of one their clients by building a roller-coaster that goes through it!
Imagine going to a showing and using a roller-coaster to view each room in the home! Of course you’re allowed to walk around on your own, but with a roller-coaster, who would want to? The most interesting outcome from this endeavor was definitely the exposure and the number of visitors that came through the doors.
