There are big changes coming to Phoenix’s housing market in 2015, or at least that’s what Realtor.com says. Even though the Phoenix Metro area experienced many disappointments in 2014 and showed sluggish numbers overall, the outlook for this year is drastically improved. Metro Phoenix is now, once again, being watched as one of the ten hottest housing markets in the United States. As the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA) reported in this video, Metro Phoenix is currently on the watch list for great things in 2015. What do you think the market will do this year?
