The first day of Spring is just around the corner on March 20, with summer close behind! Getting in shape while it’s still winter is hard, especially after all those extra calories from the holidays holding you down. And just because it may be cool or raining outside, that doesn’t mean you should sacrifice your training regimen. It’s important to maintain the training habits you created during summer through the colder months, too. So if you love an early-morning run, you might like to sign up at a gym just for the winter months so you can continue to train if it’s cold and raining outside. This 20-minute ab workout is perfect for getting that flat belly while still getting cardio in to work the whole body. All you need is an 8-pound weight and a jump-rope! You can pretty much do this anywhere, so you don’t even have to go to the gym. Don’t let the warmer months sneak up on you!
